We strive to improve our programs every year and the quality of our club. One of the ways we do this is by concentrating on the standard of our coaching. This is why our Directors and top coaching staff continually attend national coaching education classes and teach monthly in-house coaching clinics. We also have United States Soccer Federation coaching instructors and former professional players involved with our program.
The future of soccer is our young players of today. We need to make this experience as enjoyable as possible while teaching and educating them both technically and tactically. Winning is a great feeling and we realize in sport players and coaches want to win and be successful. But, the philosophy of the Lee County Strikers is developing quality technical soccer players. With this philosophy and focusing on player development, teams and results will improve and success will follow. Players play to their potential when they feel happy and confident with their own ability and their surroundings. This is one of the reasons why our coaching staff continually educates the parents about their importance in understanding the Club's philosophy; so that everyone is striving towards the same goal, total player development.

Mission Statement
Our Club offers training at all levels of soccer from recreational, academy to competitive. For over 20 years we have been committed to providing the best possible development for the youth soccer players in age groups U6 thru U18. Our staff of Nationally and Internationally licensed trainers help the players develop their skills to their highest potential. At the recreational level and our Strikers Academy, we provide our players with age appropriate professional training and teach them all the fundamentals of soccer.
The Lee County Strikers Competitive Program provides professional training, which looks to develop players and teams with tailor made professional training sessions to develop individuals and teams. Our competitive training is more intensive and teams play in various leagues appropriate to their needs either in SWFL (local) Tampa or Miami region and state. These teams participate in either Region Cup Division I, 2 or Florida State Cup.

Philosophy
Our philosophy here at Lee County Strikers is to offer a program and soccer environment which allows maximum enjoyment and learning experience for all of our players. We believe that players need to be FREE to try things, be creative and learn from mistakes without feeling extrinsic pressures from our coaching staff or parents on the field.
We focus on the individual technical development of our players to make sure that everyone is comfortable on the ball at all ages. This then allows us to introduce tactical components with our technical skills and with the freedom to express and play without fear our players ultimately have the opportunity to reach their full potential with hard working attitude.
